 Easy and What a difference!
this Dion Running Cleats review by Ironman Matt
WOW! What a difference the direct shoe mount to my 121 frames made. The Standard cleat was fast and easy to mount with a pair of my used trail shoes...loved them so much I ordered a matching set for my wife! Now we're both racing better than ever, sorry Crescent Moons, we have a new love!
Light, Good for the Hard Packed Trail
this Dion Standard Running Cleats review by Jim from WI
I have them riveted on the Dion 121's. One has split in the back but hasn't seemed to bother. I would get the more aggressive cleat if I was doing more casual jogging in deeper powder (but I use a different pair). These are fine for a fairly packed down single track trail but don't offer a lot on a open field of powder. Light and fast for races which is what I bought them for...
Diggin' These Snowshoes for Snowshoe Running
this Dion Deep Cleats review by Mark in NH
A Review of the Dion Snowshoes 121 Frame, Dion Quick Fit Bindings & Dion Deep Cleats - This is my first pair of running snowshoes and my first time snowshoe running. I've hiked in Sherpas for 30 years, but started running a couple of years ago and heard about Dions in my running club, so figured I'd try them out. Wow, half a dozen runs in them so far and one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I've done some snow running on cleats, which is great, but these Dions fit the bill when conditions are deeper and softer, and also when there are ankle-spraining deep footprints and postholes, which you float right over in these. The extra weight over microcleats also provides an enhanced workout even on hard-packed snow and crust, especially on hills, while your gait remains unchanged. Running in these will give any runner a leg up (sorry) come spring. Buy some! |
