The 2012 MSR Evo Tour snowshoes combine the proven Unibody Traction frame found on the Evo Ascent model with the all-new SpeedLock binding. The MSR Evo Tour snowshoes are designed for go-anywhere / all-terrain exploring with a focus on all day comfort, ease-of-use and performance. Featuring MSR Snowshoes Unibody traction system with vertical steel traction rails & in-molded horizontal braking bars, and the ice biting Pivot crampon under foot, the MSR Evo Tour delivers exceptional grip on the steepest pitches, even when traversing. The uber-cool SpeedLock Binding system, which is MSR Snowshoes most efficient and comfortable binding to date, features an initial “set it and forget it” adjustment of the wide, angled toe strap to your regular snowshoeing boots. Then all you ever need to do when using the snowshoes again is slide your foot in, twist your foot slightly to center, and tighten the heel strap. Your boot is now securely held in place. For additional security on very challenging and variable terrain, an optional included in-step strap can be attached.

Offers flotation tail compatibility. Simply attach the 6" MSR Evo Flotation tails (sold separately; see accessories below) and gain dramatically increased traction and float when encountering deep snow conditions or carrying a sizeable backpack cargo load etc. The MSR Evo Tour snowshoes also feature the integrated MSR Televator heel lifts, which greatly reduce fatigue on long climbs. Engages easily with glove-friendly pull tabs. Wherever your winter snowshoeing adventures take you, through slush, crud, ice and deep powder, the Evo Tours are the choice for maximum showshoeing efficiency.

ORDERING NOTES
The MSR Evo Tour snowshoes feature a unisex design and come in one size. For additional flotation we recommend using a pair of the modular EVO 6" flotation tails (not included; see accessories below) in deep snow conditions and/or carrying additional gear. Specification chart below.
