Terrific Snowshoes

I am new to snow shoeing so I did a great deal of research. I made the right choice. Once you get them adjusted for the shoe/boot you are wearing, they are so easy to get on and off. As soon as they arrived, which happened to be late in the day, I put them on and went out for a short hike. We recently had two feet of new snow . . . it was so easy to trek around! I would recommend these to anyone. What is even better, they are made in the USA!
Performs Great in All Conditions

I live in Michigan's rugged Upper Peninsula. I have been reluctant to buy a pair of aluminum snow shoes but after using the TSL Take the High Roads, I don't know why I waited so long. Even though we do not have the high mountain ranges we have plenty bluffs, rolling hills and rocky terain. The snowshoes have performed great so far under all conditions. The binding are easy to use and effective. I also like the fact that they pivot and snow does not kick up on your legs. I would not hesitate to buy another pair, and they are made in the USA. Great job TSL keep up the good work.

These are great backcountry, recreational snowshoes. They are easy to get into, with great adjustable bindings, and easy to take off. They are fun to use both trekking and breaking new trails. They work with almost any boot which is a plus... making them very multi-purpose. Their craftmanship is solid with high quality materials... and the best part is TSL is made right here in the USA!

I bought myself a pair of these to try out snowshoeing, first timer, but the bug has caught on quickly! Figuring me being the adventurer that I'd go a bit off the High road and I have and these have done the job! I am impressed with the bindings on them easy to adjust, easy to get on and off, and the comments I get on the color, pink! I have gone off the trail in some pretty deep stuff and these are well over their stated name! I love, love, love these shoes!
Good Quality and User Friendly

I bought a pair of the TSL Take the High Road snow shoes for myself as well as a pair for my wife. We like to hike the trails on our land and occasionally we join a group of friends and head elsewhere. We are both very pleased with the performance of these snow shoes. We have had no problems with strapping them on or taking them off, and they work as good as you would expect a pair of snowshoes to work. We both recommend them as good quality snowshoes that are user friendly.
Good For Recreational Use

The TSL Take the High Road snowshoes are decent snowshoes, but they are only good for recreational use. I find that in more challenging terrain, especially when traversing, the bindings lack the support that some other snow shoes have that i've used in the past, and your foot tends to want to slide off the top, but as far as grip, they are totally on par with the others. They are well made, just not for aggressive terrain. If you are thinking of doing a lot of hiking, consider a different pair, perhaps the Over the Top model.
