We needed to alter our outdoor activities after my husband had back surgery. These snowshoes are perfect! We were out on the trails with our dogs enjoying a winter wonderland!! No slipping, no loose bindings, comfortable solid and secure. Perfect for the afternoon snowshoe trail hike with a bottle of wine to finish off the day.

I tried Atlas snowshoes, and Yukon Charlie snowshoes before deciding on the Tubbs Flex TRK. I am really happy with the Tubbs Flex Trk. It is lighter, the traction is better, and the bindings are easier to use and more secure than the Atlas or Yukon Charlie snow shoes. My wife and I went snowshoeing for 3.5 miles in Cuyhahoga Valley National Park and never had to re-adjust the bindings. I highly recommend the snowshoe kit. The poles are lightweight and easy to adjust. The gaiters were also a nice accessory to prevent snow from going into your boots. I have no complaints about the snowshoe. I have a minor complaint about the poles. The buckle on the strap comes loose easily if you try to make a larger loop.

I love my Tubbs snow shoes! They are lightweight, they look good, and they offer much more substantial crampons than other similarly priced models. I have used them every weekend since I received them five weeks ago! (Shipping was free and fast from ORS, by the way!) My Tubbs Flex TRK snow shoes are still holding up like new. I love them!
